Fromlinetoline ships to the US and Worldwide via USPS + UPS

International Customers Please Read This! 

International Shipping:

Fromlinetoline ships using Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) meaning the buyer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. PLEASE note that these additional costs will be in addition to the shipping price.

I (Fromlinetoline) will ship to your country of choice but the customer (YOU) is responsible for customs clearance and paying any import taxes or duties required by your country's customs authorities.

Tracking is provided for international parcels however status will only show when parcel is inside the U.S.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process—please check individual product listings for details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery time is as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

International Shipping: 7-10 days

Please note that these are estimated transit times and do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your order arrives damaged, email us at fromlinetoline@gmail.com with photos, and we will assist you.

Address Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
